HUNGARY, 2009, postal card for the centenary of the Independent Hungary
Jesuit Province.
The above postal card portrays especially the Jesuit Church of the Sacred Heart of Jesus in Budapest, its main altar, exterior, rose window and organ. It also bears the logo of the centennial celebration. But in the upper right it carries the image of Fr. Jakab Bús, SJ, the first provincial of the Province of Hungary from 1909 to 1915. Prior to that Hungary was included in the Province of Austria.
